Having just returned from our Portugal and Spain holiday we must thank you and your staff for a wonderful travel experience. Our itinerary, flights, accommodation, transfers and excursions were excellent. The Viking Cruise was fantastic and our weather was great. (We missed the heat wave!) Our pre trip meetings /discussions were invaluable in ensuring we had a most enjoyable trip.

Vacation in Italy
Both Claudia and Tim are excellent operators who understand their clients needs and offer a very boutique personal service. Even down to organizing a travel companion to go on a river cruise and further travel through Italy and Spain. Little did I know that my river cruise companion has now become a good friend and our four weeks together after four short visits to plan the holiday was such a success!
I do not regret my decision to make friends with my local travel agent, even though they have now moved from the local area we will still continue to use them for our special holiday needs. Why depend on the uncertainty of an unknown entity when you know personalized, expert service is at close hand.
